     Al Wabel: The Employment Exhibition 2016  witnesses a huge number of visitors and some expectations of 20,000 job seekers.

        

    organized by Asharqia Chamber in Dhahran Exhibitions.  

                Huge numbers of job seekers flowed to  Employment Exhibition 2016 in its second day Monday October 10, 2016, as the sections of companies were crowded with groups of young men who inquired about the specialties required according to their qualifications and experience.
        The secretary general of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that the exhibition, organized by Asharqia Chamber under the patronage of the Prince of Eastern Province in Dhahran Expo company and will continue until Wednesday October 12, 2016 has received a great attention of the young job seekers and different categories of the society, where is expected to recieve 20,000 job seekers
      during its extended days to Wednesday.
        Al Wabel stressed the importance of the exhibition urging young people to visit it on Tuesday, noting that the last day is allocated to them, also urged the families to visit the exhibition on Wednesday October 12 since it is allocated to them and take advantage of  the presented employment offers.
         Al Wabel explained that the teams in the chamber feel do not hesitate in serving any visitor, noting that the chamber has made a clear layout and design that makes it easier for job seekers to visit companies easily.
        Regarding work, said the Director General of the Development Department in Abdul Latif Jameel Company, Abdullah bin Yahya Ghadi who presented on Sunday a workshop entitled (How to achieve your dream) the necessity for the young man and woman to dream and trying to achieve it with the means available for each stage, stressing not to consider urgency in achieving the dream.
      Ghadi said during the workshop which was led by Tariq Al Ansari that the proper planning is what assures that the youth is on track to achieve its dreams, pointing to the importance of continuing education and the study of specialization he loves to be able to be creativie in it later on.
        He stressed the need to that there is a measurement for the plan at each stage until  being sure of  its effect, with the possibility of modification in if it is in the wrong path.
        For their part, a number of visitors of job seekers  have praised the exhibition and how high standard and professional it is, stressing that the exhibition reflects the great interest in offering jobs for the sons of the country.
         The visitors were impressed with the accompanying Scientific program as they confirmed that the workshop is a good opportunity to discover the secrets of the business sector and learn useful experiences in this  field, Fahad Al Qahtani –a graduate of Canadian University majoring in business administration - said that the exhibition meets a great interest from young men and women looking for a suitable job opportunities with their qualifications and ambitions, stressing that the Saudi young man has changed a lot and become more aware and sensitive to the requirements of the labor market and strives to improve his capabilities and increase his of knowledge in addition to the realism to take advantage of opportunities to gain experience by the  actual practice in the job and then access the goal of obtaining the desired prestigious job he is looking for or create his own business through which he can achieve his slf esteem.
        He continued: " We noticed the presence of most of the companies in the eastern region, which is a great opportunity for all applicants." He added: "I am greatly optimistic in getting a job through this exhibition."
        For his part, Atiq Hassan –a graduate of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals said: "The exhibition is a precious opportunity for graduates and employers alike Because it presents an important opportunity to bring together employers and job seekers under one roof, and that goal is achieved by presenting time and distance to reach the best results as well as knowledge of employment orientations and  specialties paths required for helping us as researchers for work to improve our standards and enhance our capabilities. "
        He added: "We found that there are seriousness by the companies and also young people, which assures that the young Saudi has become a good choice for companies.
        He continued: "There was an ease in communicating with all companies thanks to the good organization, and also we have benefited from the technology that allowed a huge number of young people register and see the contents of the exhibition in the shortest possible time."
        Ahmed Awad – a job seeker, said  that the he came to find jobs that meets his qualifications, in a work environment that will allow him to improve his skills and continues his education for other opportunities equal to his ambitions.
        He said: «I am very optimistic about getting a job. Such exhibitions that offer jobs with a huge number and in all specialties opens the door of hope for us."
        He stressed that he did not face difficulties despite the big numbers that were present at the exhibition  that there is a good organization helped in the spontaneous work. "
         He added: "It is his first time applying through job exhibition and wishes to continue the presenting of such events on a permanent basis and in all regions of the Kingdom.
        Abdullah Al Essa –a graduate - said : "the diversity of  jobs opportunities offered in the employment exhibition  2016 is a proof of the interest of companies  in the exhibition and this is due to the experience of the organizing authorities over the past years.
        He continued: "I noticed the attention of the young people in the retail sector and the oil industry sector being  attractive jobs opportunities with added value for the young man."
        For his part, Abdulaziz Hussein: "We see this huge attendance by the Saudi youth of all ages and speialties and educational levels looking for  a chance to be the beginning of its start towards the labor market to be a productive individual and I noticed the presence of a  big number of companies.
        He pointed that the exhibition usually attracts job seekers from Saudi youth to the diversity of jobs offered by companies, and expressed his admiration for the organization and the  standard of the companies attending and the quality of jobs offered to young people. "
        The exhibition welcomes the visitors  for the first two periods from 10 am to 2 pm, and the second from 4 pm until 8 pm.
        And it accompanies the exhibition specialized workshops discuss important themes needed for demanding work accompanied by specialized working papers in this field presented by specialized figures in offering advice in addition to the review of the important experiences and standards required in the employee along with the skills that the employee must have and work morals.
      In (the third day of the exhibition) Tuesday October 11, the administrative planner in Saudi Aramco Omar Abdullah bin Abdul Qadir presents a workshop entitled (A Challenge Story) chaired by Bandar Al Safeer at 5:30 until 6:pm, for men.
    (The fourth day of the exhibition) Wednesday October 12 allocated to families presents two workshops ,as the team leader in Zamil Samar bint Saleh al Zahrani  speaks in a workshop entitled (Say No to the impossible) at 5:30 until 6:pm, while the executive director of Usus for Business Solutions Thanaa bint Abdulaziz Al Hassan presents a workshop entitled (the first key to success) from 6 pm until 6:30 pm, and the workshops and are chaired by Wejdan Al Saeed.
    the exhibition has the participation of 100 companies offering 4254 jobs for men and 1020 jobs for women and 324 jobs for people with special needs, describing the exhibition as a precious opportunity for young men and women to get the distinctive and diverse offers that meet their qualifications. , and riding exhibition welcomes job seekers of new graduates and the experienced to show what they got of scientific qualifications and for the participating institutions, competing for the jobs offered as potential candidates to work for these institutions, which will enhance their chances of getting jobs that suit their ambition, preferences, skills and abilities.
